From Nick Mathers' Wish You Were Here Group, Élephante restaurants channel the spirit and cuisine of coastal southern Italy. Inspired by travels to Pantelleria and the Aeolian Islands, Élephante transports guests to the Italian Coast through thoughtfully designed spaces and seasonal menus.
Born in Los Angeles in 2018, our Santa Monica rooftop location offers stunning ocean views and dramatic sunsets. With our second location opening at Scottsdale Fashion Square in November and a third coming to Uptown Dallas in 2025, each Élephante is meticulously crafted. With custom furniture and artisanal details, each location pays homage to the city where it resides.
Élephante restaurants are open daily serving light coastal Italian cuisine and a variety of hand-crafted cocktails, complemented by an extensive wine program that showcases regions across Italy including limited vintage wines and proprietary private labels.
