Élephante Scottsdale is collaborating with Uchi Scottsdale for their Annual Chef Collaboration Dinner series this April. Uchi will welcome our very own Executive Chef Phil Rubino for a one-of-a-kind menu that seamlessly blends the Mediterranean flavors and Japanese cuisine, celebrating the ingredients and tastes of South Europe. Menu highlights include
English Pea Tortellini treviso, ricotta di bufala, crispy guanciale, Octopus Salad, and New Zealand Lamb black pepper and cumin crusted with creamy polenta.
