How can I make a reservation?
We accept reservations anytime through OpenTable or via our reservationists daily from 9am 9pm. Please call (424) 320-2384 to speak with a reservationist.
How far in advance do you accept reservations?
Reservations open on OpenTable 31 days in advance.
What is the cancellation policy?
We charge a cancellation fee of $25 per person for cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows.
Do you take walk-ins?
We are happy to accept walk-ins based on availability.
Is the restaurant outside?
Yes, the restaurant is considered open-air, outdoors. We have heaters placed throughout the restaurant. We suggest dressing in layers for chilly nights as there could be a strong ocean breeze on property, especially in the Sunset Room.
What is the difference between the Cactus Garden Room & Sunset Room?
Our Cactus Garden Room is the dining space closer to entry designed beautifully with live natural plants and cacti along with a glowing fireplace. It also has a full bar. This room feels quieter than the Sunset Room. Our Sunset Room is the dining space towards the front of the building, with balcony seating, a full bar and an ocean view. This room can be on the louder side, with a more noticeable breeze.
Can I request a specific table?
We cannot guarantee specific table requests, but are happy to note all requests! We certainly try our best to accommodate.
What type of seating do you offer?
Élephante offers lounge style seating throughout the venue. In addition to regular dining tables, tables may be low to the ground or your party may be seated on a couch. If you have a seating accommodation request or accessibility restriction, please let us know in advance. On-site accommodations are not guaranteed.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Yes.
What’s the largest party size bookable online?
7 guests is the largest bookable party size online. Please email info@elephantela.com for parties of 8-12 which will be accommodated with a required pre-fixe family style menu. You may view our menu options on the Reservation page of the website. Parties of 13+ are considered events. Please fill out our inquiry form online under the Private Events page of the website.
Can we bring in decorations during our reservation?
You may bring in minimal & unobstructing decorations. Due to table size, we do not suggest large floral arrangements. We do not allow balloons, confetti, or incendiary/sparkling birthday candles to adhere to fire regulations.
How may one purchase something on behalf of a guest?
Please email their reservation details to info@elephantela.com. A credit card authorization form is required for all purchases. We do not process credit cards over the phone.
Is there parking near the restaurant?
The parking structure across the street is free for the first 90 minutes. Valet parking is available for $20. Valet Hours - Monday to Friday: 5pm - Close | Saturday & Sunday: 11am - Close.
What is the corkage policy?
No outside beverage/liquor is allowed. However, wine is acceptable! We charge $35 per wine bottle and allow two bottles per table. There is a $70 charge for magnum bottles.
Do you allow children?
We allow children under 18 who are accompanied by an adult. All guests seated at the bar must be 21+.
Do you allow dogs?
Although we love dogs, we can only allow service dogs with proper documentation to adhere to health department regulations.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, instructions for purchase are on the shop page of our website.
What are options for vegetarians?
Vegetarian and vegan options are available and noted on our menus. Your server will be the most knowledgeable about dietary offerings.
Is there gluten pasta?
We do offer gluten free pasta that can be prepared with any of the pasta sauces we serve! However, as we are an Italian restaurant at heart, we cannot guarantee cross contamination.
Can guests have separate checks?
Yes, regular reservations may be split up to 4 ways. For large group bookings, checks may be split in half, up to 2 separate checks.
