How can I make a reservation?

We accept reservations anytime through OpenTable or via our reservationists daily from 10am - 10pm. Please call (480) 576-8168 to speak with a reservationist.


What is the cancellation policy?

We will soon charge a cancellation fee of $25 per person for cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows.


Do you have a dress code?

At Élephante, we encourage guests to dress for the occasion. Please refrain from wearing tank tops, crop tops or cut off t-shirts, no men’s sleeveless shirts, jerseys or athletic attire such as sweat pants, joggers, or basketball shorts. No swimsuits or swim shorts and no costume attire. Vibe: Elevated Casual

Note: Athleisure attire is accepted during daylight hours. 


Do you take walk-ins?

We are happy to accept walk-ins based on availability.


Is the restaurant outside?

Our restaurant is fully enclosed. We do offer designated outdoor dining space on the patio with heaters and misters based on weather conditions.


Can I request a specific table?

We cannot guarantee specific tables, but are happy to note all requests! We certainly try our best to accommodate.


What type of seating do you offer?

Élephante offers traditional dining tables along with booth seating. If you have a seating accommodation request or accessibility restriction, please let us know in advance. On-site accommodations are not guaranteed.


Are you wheelchair accessible?

Yes.


What’s the largest party size bookable online?

7 guests is the largest bookable party size online. Please email info@elephanteaz.com for parties of 8-12 which will be accommodated with a required pre-fixe family style menu.

Parties of 13+ are considered events. Please fill out our inquiry form online under the Private Events page of the website.


Can we bring in decorations during our reservation?

You may bring in minimal & unobstructing decorations. Due to table size, we do not suggest large floral arrangements. We do not allow balloons, confetti, or incendiary/sparkling birthday candles to adhere to fire regulations.


How may one purchase something on behalf of a guest?

Please give us a call or email their reservation details to info@elephanteaz.com. A credit card authorization form is required for all purchases. We do not process credit cards over the phone.


Is there parking near the restaurant?

The parking structure (Green Garage) is free and is located right next to the venue. Valet parking through the mall is available for $20.


What is the corkage policy?

No outside beverages/liquor is allowed.


Do you allow children?

We do allow children under 18 who are accompanied by an adult. All guests seated at the bar must be 21+.


Do you allow dogs?

Although we love dogs, we can only allow service dogs with proper documentation to adhere to health department regulations.


Do you offer gift cards?

We do! You may purchase gift cards directly at the venue and they will be available for purchase online soon.


What are options for vegetarians?

Vegetarian and vegan options are available and noted on our menus. Your server will be the most knowledgeable about dietary offerings.


Is there gluten pasta?

We do offer gluten free pasta that can be prepared with any of the pasta sauces we serve! However, as we are an Italian restaurant at heart, we cannot guarantee cross contamination will not occur.


Can guests have separate checks?

Yes, regular reservations may be split up to 4 ways. For large group bookings, checks may be split in half, up to 2 separate checks.


Do you accept Apple Pay?

Yes.
